Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, with the exception of broken or damaged shipping items.

We ship your packages through UPS Monday-Wednesday. Delivery times vary by location, but all items are shipped to arrive within 2 business days of shipping. All shipments leave from Savannah, GA.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not discard the packaging, and be sure to take pictures so we may submit a claim with the carrier.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Shipping Delays: We make best efforts to ensure your items arrive on time, but unfortunately we cannot control the weather. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather.


The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Orders that are refused when the delivery attempts are made

  • Orders that are redirected by customer

  • Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses

  • Orders that are sent to recipients not available to accept packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives

  • Tubby’s Fine Foods is not liable for deliveries that have been impeded by forces outside of our control.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be altered or cancelled for any reason. Please review your order  details including shipping address prior to placing an order.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on sale items or price matching on any items. For sales and special promotions, please sign up to receive our emails at the bottom of this page.

Promotions

If you have an existing offer code, please ensure the code has not expired and that your order meets the minimum purchase requirements. Shipping, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward minimum purchase requirements. Offer codes are single use, valid for one address and one order per customer. If you've verified these requirements and your code still isn’t working, please contact Customer Service at (912) 468-1197 for assistance.
