Low Country Boil (per bag)

Microwave: Heat sealed bag for 6–8 minutes on high; rest 1 minute; open carefully and serve.
Oven: Preheat to 375 °F, bake sealed bag on a tray 20–25 minutes; rest 2 minutes; open and serve.

Crab Cakes

Oven Bake: Preheat to 400 °F. Place cakes on greased baking sheet. Bake 15–18 minutes, flip halfway.
Pan-Sear: Heat 1 Tbsp oil or butter over medium; cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
